No, I haven't started on any illicit substances. With baby and toddler birthdays looming, I found myself over-committed to a variety of (mostly crochet) projects. Too many WIPs and not enough FOs. Until today.
This sweet little number is for a soon-to-be 3 year old whose favorite color is pink. The pattern comes from the 2003 premier (and possibly only) issue of Simply Creative Crochet. The darker flowers are actually a soft purple in reality. They just didn't photograph very nicely.

Correction: There has been one more issue of BHG Simply Creative Crochet. It came out in September, 2004.
