Mostly Mitered Squares
Because I have many baby item commitments, I decided to do a quick blanket so I could finish up other a few other things already on the needles. Instead of knitting a mitered squares blanket (because that would take longer), I searched for and found a crochet version.
Everything made sense logically with the pattern: finding the center, creating a 90-degree angle, decreasing 3 stitches in the same spot. But somehow, my squares looked more like triangles and they ended up way smaller than the pattern indicated.

Hopefully, the dad who asked for the blanket won't mind. I'm sure the baby couldn't care less.
