Never More
As soon as I see that some favorite yarn is being discontinued, I feel compelled to jump right on it. Never mind that I've already amassed enough yarn to fill 6 deep plastic bins to overflowing. Never mind that I never seem to have money for much of anything else. I must have that yarn because I'll NEVER be able to find it again, especially at these prices!
So what did I buy now? Discontinued colors of Rowan Cork and Aran, plus Jaeger Tweed:

Then, Knitter's Review reported earlier this week that Jaeger Chamonix, some of their finest angora / merino wool, has been discontinued altogether and the hunt was on. I bought two 10 packs from a shop in England.
Argh. Time for some serious stash-busting projects.

Ugh! I'm so jealous! Although I have another box coming, some Lion Brand stuff that's being discontinued was on sale so I ordered some gunna make a poncho for little sis.
Where did you find this stuff??
The stuff in the picture is from Janette's Rare Yarns and The Cumberpatch. Both are eBay stores.
I ordered the Jaeger Chamonix from a UK store called Colourway. They had the lowest prices at approximately $8 a ball. Stores like Knitting Garden and Jimmy Beans Wool have it on sale for $11.
The Internet is my shop and compare mall!
