My Homework's Done!

Despite taking some time to sip blender drinks and frolic in the pool, I really am trying to put these few days away from the office to good (knitting) use. For instance, I actually finished my homework for reknowned author / designer Melissa Leapman's "Fully Fashioned & Fabulous" class I signed up for at Stitches Midwest. I wasn't sure I'd get around to making the 5 swatches, but that was before I actually looked at the patterns. I must admit I'm a bit astounded, really, because I found them easy.

Either I underestimate my skill level or my ability to read a pattern. Hell, I hadn't done a cable in eons. Not too shabby, even unblocked. I'm just happy I focused long enough to get them out of the way.

Besides, nobody wants the humiliation of some lame excuse like, "I'm sorry, Miss Leapman. My cats clawed my homework."
