Two Of A Kind
How fitting that I should rise early this morning to complete JZ's socks in their happy Easter colors. These green, purple and yellow socks fashioned from Cascade Fixation using the "two-circulars" method constitute my first pair of handknit footwear. So happy!

It appears there may be more socks in my future as I've already lined up additional yarns. Naturally, I have to try out a variety to find my favorite(s). That's why I've added Fleece Artist Merino "Hercules", Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport in the "Mother Lode" colorway, Regia Cotton Surf in "Rosso" and "Nixe", plus Schaefer Yarns "Little Lola" for good measure.

Nikita appears to be quite comfy with the new arrivals. I caught him cuddling up to the Regia right after this photo was taken. If it turns up missing, I know who my chief suspect will be.

I have all those in my stash except for the little lola! Gorgeous Socks Karen! So how was the grafting?
Wow, that's a lot of sock yarn! All beautiful stuff. Where'd you get the fleece artist yarn?
Also, very fun looking socks! They look so Mardi Gras to me, but I guess on this side of Lent, it would be called Easter. congrats on joining the sock knitting cult...
