Well, finally! The fifth time was the charm with this particular Walker Treasury pattern.
As you might recall, I had a heckuva time trying to get this just right. I tried knitting this swatch in three different weights of yarn (lace, sport, worsted). The “bee” pattern and vertical faggoting emerged best with sport weight yarn.

For my part, I’ve gone back to the Forest Canopy Shawl. The signpost may read “Slow Knitter At Work” but there is definitely progress.
The bee pattern looks fantastic. All that extra effort really paid off.

And I didn’t get to show you ALL my tattoos on Sunday but one of them is a bee! I guess I know what lace pattern I need to try.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! About that Morning Glory Wrap–I am thinking of using Mountain Colors Weaver’s Wool. I used the Mountain colors barefoot on the Forest Canopy SHawl, and I really like the yarn.
