Ah, Spring!

Spring, 2008
Can't you just hear the birds sweet songs and feel the warming sunshine upon your face as it beams through crystal blue skies? Welcome to the first storm of Spring '08, where some areas to the north of here expect upwards of 8 inches of snow.

While I wait for things to clear up, I'll continue to beaver away at my second Monkey sock. The hand rash has cleared by and large, thanks to a prescription cortisone ointment, so finishing at least one thing seems reasonably in order. Happy stitching, all!

Good to hear the hand rash is better. If you want some spring, you can check my photos of late. Spring here may be wet, but it comes early. Hope you get some soon.

Don't laugh but being here in Georgia, I actually miss all that snow and melting ice. Great Pix.

I'm so glad to hear your rash has gotten better. Cortisone is like a miracle drug.

Ya know, if you get sick of all the snow and rain and mud, you could always come and visit me. ;-)

It's also snowing in Amsterdam, a white Easter in stead of a white X-mas. Climate is really changing.

We hunted Easter eggs in 6" of snow today, friend! Toledo has it, too. But two hours south, at my mom's, the ground was bare.

We got rain, rain and more rain but at least had a dry Easter. This has been the strangest winter, oops, spring. I was looking at daffodils covered with frost this morning.

And I hear you were to get more snow today! Well, spring will be extra wonderful when it does arrive after such a long, hard winter.
